Hello and thank you for calling the Kuebler Waldrip Haus and Danville Schoolhouse Bed and Breakfast, a premier New Braunfels Bed and Breakfast. We have included overnight accommodations, small functions, large functions, and a list of businesses that may help you plan your group function.

NEW BRAUNFLS BED AND BREAKFAST OVER NIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS: Over night accommodations are available in one of our three buildings that include: The Kuebler Waldrip Haus (1847) has 5 bedrooms for up to 16 people, The Danville Schoolhouse has 5 bedrooms for up to 14 people, and the Deer Haven Cottage which has 3 bedrooms for up to 4-5 people, living room, kitchen, dining room, and private bath with a jacuzzi.  Total accommodations may sleep 20 to 32 people.  Each room has a king or a queen size bed, a private bath with a shower (certain rooms have a tub or jacuzzi tub), kitchen access, common room access, heat/AC & ceiling fans, telephones, TV, VCR, access to a wonderful book and video library, complimentary drinks and snacks that include candy, popcorn, and Texas famous Blue Bell Ice Cream.  All of our rooms are NO- Smoking rooms and NO- Candles. Thank you.  All rooms are priced according to the size and amenities in each room, and for 2 people per room per night (extra per person per night charges - $30 per adult and $20 per child{ages 3 - 17}). We are open 7 days a week, and we are happy to have you as our guest. Each reservation will recieve a confirmation with directions, area attractions, and a brochure with a map to our property or go to http://www.kueblerwaldrip.com/map.html to print out a map.

ALL SPECIAL GROUP EVENTS involving Fridays and Saturdays require the rental of all rooms in one or both of the buildings for a minimum of two nights. A three night minimum is required on holiday weekends. No single or partial rentals for weddings are allowed. Please call for date availability. Please do not make reservations that you do not intend to keep. Thank You.

GROUP PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT:  Group reservations (defined as 2 rooms or more), require a 50% deposit by check by mail at the time of the reservations and the other 50% balance is due upon arrival. Please supply the innkeepers a list of the names, addresses, and phone numbers of each of the parties attending, and 2nd a list of room assignments for your group.  Thank You.

SMALL INSIDE FUNCTION: The Kuebler Waldrip Haus Bed and Breakfast can accommodate (20-25 people) and The Danville Schoolhouse can accommodate (45 - 50 people). Please make an appointment with us if you would like to come by and see the property.  We will be happy to show you around and answer any questions.

LARGER FUNCTION:  We are sorry, however the Kuebler Waldrip Haus Bed and Breakfast will not accommodate a large function inside, however a function may work in the outside yard space. The Danville Schoolhouse will accommodate a large function outside for (200 - 300 people). Please see the "Comal Rental Company" below and they will assist you with any rentals that you may need.
