The Historic Kuebler
(pronounced - keebler .. like Keebler Cookies) Waldrip
Haus Bed and Breakfast is a New Braunfels Texas Bed and Breakfast lodging
property. It is perfectly located on 43 scenic and peaceful Texas Hill
Country acres just 3-6 minutes from the Guadalupe and Comal rivers,
downtown New Braunfels, and the Historic Gruene District in New Braunfels.
Also enjoy fabulous shopping, recreation and restaurants, Landa Park,
Schlitterbahn Water Park, and much more that the area has to
offer.
Our buildings consist of:
* the Historic Kuebler Waldrip
Haus building
* the Danville Schoolhouse building, and
* the Deer
Haven Cottage.
Total facilities of 11 bedrooms sleep 22-34 people.
Nightly room rates start at $125.00 USD for 2 guests per room per night
with additional rates of $30 per adult (ages 18 and older) and $20 per
child (ages 3-17). All rentals are figured by the number of guests in each
room. Rentals can be by the room, by the building, or the whole property.
Whole building and the whole property rentals are the individual room
rates added to give a total. Reservations are based upon availability.

The Historic Kuebler Waldrip Haus is an
original 1847 German pioneer limestone and hand hewn timber home that now
has 5 separate bedrooms and 5 private baths. All of the rooms have
heat, AC, TV, blow drier, iron and ironing board, linens, refrigerator,
microwave, coffee pot, and breakfast. Please see ROOMS AND RATES for

The Danville School
is an original 1863 wooden one-room school house that now has 5 separate
bedrooms and 5 private baths. The schoolhouse was purchase and moved
to our property from Comal ISD in 1990. All of the rooms have heat, AC,
TV, blow drier, iron and ironing board, linens, refrigerator, microwave,

The Deer Haven Cottage is a one
story building that is our newest addition with 3 bedrooms, a living room,
full kitchen, and private jacuzzi bath. All of the rooms have heat, AC,
TV, blow drier, iron and ironing board, linens, refrigerator,

This property can be
rented three different ways: rent by the room, rent a whole building, or
rent out the whole property. The rates are equal each room added together
depending on the number of guests staying in each room. Call for a
