Kuebler Waldrip Haus Bed and Breakfast has a total of 3 buildings, 11 bedrooms each with a private bath (4 rooms with whirlpools), 2 rooms are wheelchair accessible.  All guests have access to a wonderful common room playground, picnic tables, fireplace, fishing pond (please bring your fishing gear), amazing star gazing "deep in the heart of  Texas", wildlife, and BBQ pit.  Our common room consists with a sitting area, a table and chair area, book and video library, games, and snacks that include cookies, candies, drinks, and complimentary Blue Bell Ice Cream.  Add Amaretto, chocolate syrup, or make a coke float.  The common room is always open, so please make yourselves welcome.

Perfect for family reunions, vacations, getaways, weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries, business meetings, church retreats, girls night out and (corporate, regional, and manager) retreats. Children welcome (0-100).

All of our rooms have a king or queen size bed, a private bath, private entrance, heat, AC, TV with a VCR, ceiling fans, common room access, complimentary refreshments, and with or without breakfast.  ** All rooms are no smoking and no pets.  Thank you.

The following rates apply to the Kuebler Waldrip Haus and Danville Schoolhouse Buildings.  Rates with breakfast range from $125-$185 per night for 2 people.  Extra guests in a room: each added child (3-17) is $20, and each added adult (18 and older) is $30.  Guests may choose to rent the rooms without breakfast and must be specified at the time of the reservation.  Rates without breakfast range from $105-$165 per night for 2 people. Extra guests in a room: each added child (3-17) is $10, and each added adult (18 and older) is $20.

The Kuebler Waldrip Haus Building has 5 separate bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and sleeps 10-16 people. Perfect for a group or 5 couples.

Kuebler's Kastle -- is a beautiful large downstairs room with a king bed, a comfortable sitting area, 2 wicker rocking chairs, a marble counter top, and dressing area, TV with VCR, and patio access in the front of the house.  Saltillo tile floor, rock and barnwood cover the walls.  This room is a great room if someone has trouble with stairs & is wheelchair accessible (bath and lavatory). Rate for 2 people is $135.00.  Sleeps 2 people.

Hillside Hideaway -- is a delightful large upstairs room with weathered barnwood walls, and floors with carpet and Saltillo tile.  Hillside features a TV with VCR, private exterior entrance, and is perfect for 2-4 people since it has a king and a double beds. Its bath with blue and white marble whirlpool tub is perfect for 2 and true relaxation. It has a private bath, Heat/AC, ceiling fans, a whirlpool tub, and a small private porch.

Hillside Hideaway is a popular romantic getaway room or a family room.  Rate for 2 people $145.00. Sleeps up to 4.

Guilbeau (gill-bow) Room -- is a upstairs room with weathered barnwood walls, TV with VCR, carpeted floor, double vanity, a Queen bed, and a wonderfully large bathroom with a shower and tub. This room is named after Francios Guilbeau, a French wine merchant and original owner of this property. Francios Guilbeau is credited with having saved the French wine industry because he took Mustang Grape vines from Comal County and sent them back by the ton to France where the blite resistant vines were grafted onto the diseased vines. The Guilbeau room is right over the kitchen, so you get to smell coffee and breakfast . . . before coffee and breakfast. Breakfast in bed?? Rate with breakfast for 2 people is $125. Sleeps a maximum of 2 people.

Katherine's Attic -- s a very large upstairs room with the original 1847 cedar timber logs, two king beds, private bath with a shower/whirlpool, TV with VCR, sink, dressing area, and a shared kitchenette and porch. This room is wonderfully constructed and supported by original wooden cedar beams and it still has the original wooden pegs. Rough cut cypress wood taken from the Guadalupe river cross the beams, so if walls could talk -- who knows what stories you might hear?? Rate for 2 people is $155.00. Add $30 per extra adult (18 and older) and add $20 per extra child (ages 3-17). Sleeps a maximum of 2-4 people.

Room With A View -- is a cozy  upstairs room with a gorgeous view of some of the Hill Country from a large shared porch. Relax and get away from your job and stressful schedule. This sound proofed room has a private entrance, a king size bed, private bath with a shower, a kitchenette (with refrigerator, microwave, TV with VCR, and a coffee maker), & ceiling fans.  Rate for 2 people is $135.00.  Sleeps 2.

The Danville Schoolhouse Building has 5 separate bedrooms, 5 private baths (1 jacuzzi), and sleeps 8-14 people.  This building is perfect for a group and the Danville School Room can serve as a wonderful meeting room, location for a wedding, reception, or other function. 

The East Room -- is a wonderful upstairs room with a great view of the hill country and trees, a king bed and queen sleeper sofa, a private entrance, a private bath with a shower, refrigerator, TV with VCR, phone, Heat/AC, ceiling fans, and access to a wonderful shared porch with scenic views. Rate for 2 people is $135.00.  Sleeps up to 4 people.

The West Room -- is a wonderful upstairs room with a lovely deck nestled in the trees, a king bed, a private bath with a shower, a sofa, refrigerator, TV with VCR, microwave, and a shared porch.  Come relax in a quiet country setting.  Rate for 2 people is $135.  Sleeps 2 people.

Danville School Room -- is our largest downstairs room (864 sq. ft.) & is something else to see to believe. It retains the beautiful original wood ceiling, walls and floor. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a piano, and the original blackboard -- which children AND adults enjoy! It has a full kitchen, private entrance, private whirlpool bath, a queen bed, wide-screen TV, VCR, DVD, phone, refrigerator, microwave, a fully equipped kitchen, copper counter top, table and chairs, covered porch, ceiling fans, and Heat/AC. Ask about the before and after pictures! Rate for 2 people is $185.00.  Sleeps up to 4 people.
