This eclectic hotel has been in its original location and state of historic ambiance from the beginning in 1929. For years, the Faust Hotel had an original Ford Model-T sitting in the lobby of the hotel, along with "set in time" furniture and fixtures. However, Did you ask about making any changes to Mr. Faust, the ghost?? You might have wanted to get HIS approval before making any changes. I also remember the wonderful bar with interesting alcoholic mixtures and complimentary shrimp cocktail that I'm sure created many memories for many past guests visiting New Braunfels, Texas.

NOW as of 2025, the entire Faust Hotel has had an upgrade and face lift. Congradulations!! Our bed and breakfast, the Kuebler Waldrip Haus Bed and Breakfast has had the honor of having guests that have come to New Braunfels stay with us. Our hotel and bed and breakfast is just 3-5 minutes located from the Faust Hotel in downtown New Braunfels, Texas. It has been interesting to see the changes from the outside of the Faust Hotel as a resident of New Braunfels. The hotel from the outside is basically the same with the brown brick exterior with a new front patio and lounge furniture.
Cold winter temperatures may increase Texas Wildflower production in Spring time. http://www.kueblerwaldrip.comhttps://www.kueblerwaldrip.com/modules/news.htm?newsId=30828 Events in time sometimes never go away. This reminds me of just last week, the specific dates of February 16-22 when very cold artic air traveled to South Texas. I ask that you place these dates clearly in your mind. Ten years from now, you'll remember this because of the cold temperatures. However, please do not criticize mother nature because these cold temperatures are needed to boost that blooming of wildflowers in the Spring. I will post some photos later of some of the Bluebonnets that have grown even during these very cold temperatures. Oh, and please pray for rain for New Braunfels and San Antonio.
